“When children make art, they learn to trust their own ideas and believe in their ability to create.”

Homeschool Classes
Our Homeschool Art Program is designed to enrich your student’s education through creativity, connection, and confidence-building. We understand the homeschool journey — our studio is family-owned and operated by a homeschool family that values curiosity, individuality, and hands-on learning.
Our studios' lead instructors, Mrs. Teresa and Ms. Madison, bring both professional and personal experience to the classroom.
-
Mrs. Teresa has over 25 years of art education and professional art experience. She was selected to serve on the Missouri Department of Education Fine Arts Standards Committee, helping rewrite the state’s fine art standards. Teresa also spent 10 years as an art gallery director and professional art curator, bringing a unique real-world perspective to her teaching.
-
Ms. Madison is a homeschool graduate with over five years of experience teaching homeschool art and is completing her degree in education. Her background helps her connect with students through empathy, encouragement, and creative guidance.
Our teaching philosophy centers on process-based learning, where creativity and exploration are valued as much as technical skill. We believe every child is an artist — capable of developing their own voice through experimentation, reflection, and joyful discovery. Lessons are structured to build foundational art skills while nurturing critical thinking, imagination, and self-expression.
Homeschool Art classes are designed as an enrichment to your curriculum, offering structured instruction in drawing, painting, sculpture, and design while encouraging collaboration and peer connection. Students leave with not only new skills and finished artwork, but also friendships and a deeper sense of creative confidence.
